Practical hinged knee support is extremely lightweight and recommended for post surgery or mild ligament injury, knee instability or degenerative joint disease. Ideal for walking or light athletic activities. Provides medial and lateral stabilization. Hinges are made of an ultra light space-age composite material that is strong and durable. Hinges include a stop to help prevent the knee from hyperextending. Unlike neoprene, material is breathable and cool with less bulk. Wrap style front closures and tension control straps.   Measure thigh 4 to 5 inches above the center of kneecap. Measure calf 4 to 5 inches below the center of kneecap. If measurements differ slightly, use the thigh measurement.
